ABA was engaged to take the project from post-DA approval, to completion. The inherited DA was significantly reworked to create a more rational and efficient floor plan, making the most of underutilised space and increasing the emphasis on daylight access through the semi-detached dwelling. The client’s preferred palette was coastal luxe, with lots of warm timbers and creamy tones weaved together to create a luxurious residence.
