JTB House

The brief called for a complete rebuild of the dilapidated terrace from the front wall beyond. The 3.7m wide site posed some challenges but we were able to create a modern, 4-bedroom home with light-filled open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The party wall was stripped of its render to expose beautiful original bricks, which were retained as a heritage reference to an otherwise contemporary dwelling.
