North Bondi Duplex

ABA was engaged to take the DA approved plans through to completion, including all technical documentation, finishes selections and construction coordination. Working closely with the client and builder, we devised a contemporary design that took advantage of the inherent natural light from windows and skylights including a flood light three-storey stair in the middle of the plan. The selected finishes were chosen to be timeless in style and robust to withstand the day-to-day of two growing families. Although practical and refined, the choices suited the high-end budget of the project and took full advantage of the premium Bondi location and views from the south-facing balconies.
